Ed was very helpful when FedEx lost my package after my Amp got fixed. He told me not to worry about it and he sent me a new Amp free of charge. After about a month FedEx found my package and sent it to me . Ed even paid for the shipping to send the extra amp back to him. I can’t say enough how much he went out of his way to make it right.
